Mr. Roselle, who has 3 years of industry experience, serves as an Associate. Prior to joining Accord, Mr.
Roselle was an intern at Aptitude Development, LLC, where he identified viable sites for the development
of student housing projects throughout the U.S.

Mr. Roselle graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate,
with a minor in Psychology, from Syracuse University.
